Founder & President
Good Catholic Leadership Group's mission is to help Catholic organizations and leaders reach their God-given potential.
We offer three services:
Catholic Recruiting: We assist Catholic dioceses, universities, schools and apostolates to recruit new leaders who can help advance their mission. We do this through Catholic Recruiting Group which you can find at CatholicRecruiting.com.
Catholic Career Coaching Center: We help Catholics to discern God's will for their careers and to take the steps needed to perform the work they were meant to do.
Leadership Consulting: We serve our organizational and individual clients with strategy, advancement, culture-enhancing, management or personal productivity consulting.
Catholic Recruiting Group is the only retained executive search firm that exclusively serves Catholic organizations. Its point of differentiation is our Catholic focus, our Catholic leadership experience, and our passion for advancing the mission of the Church though connecting lay leaders with opportunities and then helping them provide good and faithful service to the Church.
